FPS Machines opts for Togetr ERP.
In the pursuit of even more efficient internal collaboration, FPS Machines has since 2024 chosen Togetr ERP, the ERP system that (internal) business processes flow more seamlessly into one another.
“With this, we take a step toward greater production of both battery packs and plug-and-play electrification systems for mobile machines. Machines, which are widely used in the civil engineering and road construction sector,” says Frank van de Staak, CEO of FPS Machines.
The company is an innovative frontrunner that designs and manufactures electrified components and battery packs for mobile machines. Even more: FPS can even electrify existing vehicles completely.
An ERP system like Togetr provides strong support in the area of intuitive assembly: employees can see exactly which parts are needed at what moment. But Togetr goes further: work instructions can be added, as well as procedures for safety and quality checks.
Additionally, Togetr offers options from which employees can easily choose: with FPS Machines there is customization, but the team does want to be able to search specifically for modules and assemblies. After all, every customer has specific wishes.
Finally, things like inventory management, the availability of our own people and a general division of labor are interesting features that are updated daily. “We can even use a complete CRM functionality, so that we can easily inform customers about the progress,” says Van de Staak.
“But the point is that we continually structure our organization for long-term serial production. Then you need software that accurately records what we are working on, when and with which components. All of this to gain control over our activities now and in the future!”
