FPS Machines is laid out with workstations that can be easily expanded. All under one roof. Whether we fully electrify an existing machine or develop and implement a new, well-functioning battery system with the necessary components, everything is geared toward production with expansion options.
From analysis to plan.
Gaining insight into your current machine: that's where it starts. What is needed to arrive at a suitable and complete electrification system? Factors such as power, capacity and desired performance play an important role here. Next, we take a closer look: will we completely rebuild your machine, or will we only assemble the battery system? Would you like the installation to be integrated into your own production environment? Then we deliver a plug-and-play set with everything included.
Throughout the entire process, we systematically document everything in our extensive ERP system. We do this to enable efficient serial production later. In this way we can be a fully-fledged OEM partner. We translate your needs into a concrete plan. From the outset, we also incorporate safety aspects.
From design to production
Next, our engineers work on an initial 3D design in SolidWorks, with customization as the guiding principle for an optimal result. We make choices in electric motors, corresponding control systems, and the positioning of the components. We will test this, including examining and analyzing safety. Deviations are removed in this phase in order to arrive at a complete design of component choices, wiring harnesses, and engineered steel parts. We assemble this, ready for production!
delivery
After the development process is completed, we ensure up-to-date certification, after which the delivery takes place with our customers. There will then be an innovative and professional solution for the decades to come. Regardless of which service you choose: electrification of your machine, a custom-developed battery pack, or an electrification kit. FPS Machines is your OEM partner!
