Complete electrification
What we started with and what makes our craft beautiful is electrifying existing (diesel) machines. We build a mobile machine that is completely emission-free and quiet. We dismantle the machine and then skillfully reassemble it with new electric drive alternatives and a battery pack.
Because of our experience with mobile machines, we have the drive and passion to discover new techniques. What do we offer?
Retrofitting of existing machines.
Our knowledge of mobile machines forms the basis. By carefully analyzing this, mapping out how it works and then disassembling it, FPS engineers can get to work. What is needed to build the emission-free vehicle? Based on the right electric drive technology and battery capacity, everything is fully worked out in 3D into a production-ready design. Including a custom-developed battery pack, for the best result.
Mechanical experience
FPS Machines has built up experience in the mechanical and hydraulic operation of machines and vehicles, mainly in construction (GWW), the green- and contracting sectors. We know down to the smallest detail how such machines are put together. With that expertise we have built up a head start.
Working under the hood.
That's what we literally do; we have further developed that skill. We design it in such a way that safety is guaranteed, and that the capacity and power remain at least the same as when using fossil fuels. In addition, we provide a setup where, in an easy way, a potential fault can be resolved: we can easily access it if that is really necessary.
