To equip your current (series) mobile machines with a tailor-made electrification system, you opt for FPS Machines' battery packs. We use innovative battery technology, aimed at a long lifespan. We manufacture them and, if desired, install them.

Expert in custom-made battery packs
Becoming less dependent on suppliers has driven us to develop in-house battery packs, which can be installed in both existing and new machines. The FPS-battery technology meets the latest state of the art and safety standards. We work exclusively with LiFePO4-cells, to achieve an optimal and safe battery system.
From analysis to development
Replacing battery packs (now and in the future) for old diesel drive systems. But they must, of course, deliver the same power, under heavy loads. Mobile machines must continue to deliver what they were designed for. We can pre-analyze and test your vehicle. Based on that, we design a battery pack, built from high-end components and equipped with the necessary systems.
Assembly of the custom package.
At our site in Rijen we assemble the battery pack. We first test the battery cells, build our unique modules, and then assemble the whole pack. Next, the advanced end-of-line (EOL) testing takes place: the complete battery pack is automatically checked. From capacity testing to leak detection and 'functional safety'. If everything works as it should, we hand over the pack. However, we can also install the battery system and even take care of the full electrification. Our machinery know-how comes in very handy here. From production to a seamless connection: that is our strength!
Focus on series production
The accuracy, thoroughness, and our systematic way of working make it possible to scale up the production of battery packs in no time, if the manufacturer or importer needs a serial quantity. In short: when the design is on point, FPS is the OEM partner to professionally ramp up production.
